The invention provides a passenger car braking energy recovery control method and system based on series control, and the method comprises the steps: monitoring the position of a brake pedal and the speed of four wheels through a linear Hall sensor and a magnetoelectric wheel speed sensor, collecting battery state data through a distributed battery state monitoring system, and processing the data through Kalman filtering to detect an abnormal value; the method comprises the following steps: constructing a braking demand prediction model combining LSTM and GNN, predicting a braking demand according to a real-time driving state, performing multi-target dynamic optimization by adopting a non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II, determining an optimal braking torque distribution strategy, establishing a self-adaptive slope calculation model according to a real-time load and a road surface friction coefficient, and dynamically adjusting sliding braking intervention and exit rates. A hierarchical energy recovery control strategy is set, a priority mechanism is set, it is ensured that the optimal energy recovery strategy is selected when various conditions are met, and a forced quit mechanism is set for the conditions that an active safety system is activated, the battery temperature is too high and the like to guarantee safety.
