The two tires are used for bearing together, so that the bearing capacity of the bogie is improved, the bearing capacity of the bogie acts on the spring, the corresponding bearing capacity can be reflected by measuring the compression length a of the spring through the range finder, and then the tire pressure of the rubber tires can be automatically adjusted according to the change of the compression length a of the spring. The climbing gradient of an existing train bogie is generally not larger than 10%, and the climbing capacity of the bogie can reach 60% or above. And through cooperative use of the two tires, the overall bearing capacity and climbing capacity of the bogie are improved, so that the economical efficiency is guaranteed, and the applicability of the device is improved.

    本发明公开了一种有利于车载及爬坡的可调节性轨道列车转向架及轨道系统,在车轴上共轴安装一对胶轮与一对钢轮,由于胶轮与轨道之间的黏着力更大,因此为轨道列车提供了更大的驱动力和制动力,因此可以适应更大坡度的线路。并且两种轮胎共同承载,使转向架的承载能力得到提升,而转向架的承载力则作用至弹簧上,因此通过测距仪测量弹簧的压缩长度a即可反映出相应的承载量,再根据弹簧的压缩长度a的变化,可实现对胶轮胎压的自动调节。现有的列车转向架的爬坡坡度一般不大于10‰,而本申请的转向架爬坡能力可以达到60‰以上。通过两种轮胎的配合使用,提高了转向架整体的承载能力和爬坡能力,从而既保证了经济性又提高了装置的适用性。
