The invention discloses an elevator diversion sheave steel wire rope disengagement detection device which comprises a brittle net-shaped support and a microswitch assembly. The brittle net-shaped support is provided with a trigger face, a trigger rod, a first fixing face and a second fixing face. The brittle net-shaped support is fixed to a mounting plate of the diversion sheave through the first fixing face, so that the trigger face is axially parallel to the diversion sheave, the projection of the trigger face in the radial direction is overlapped with a sheave groove of the diversion sheave, and a first preset gap is formed between the trigger face and the diversion sheave. The trigger rod is fixed in the brittle net-shaped support, and one end of the trigger rod protrudes out of the second fixing face. The microswitch assembly is provided with a trigger arm and a microswitch, the microswitch assembly is fixed to the second fixing face, and a second preset gap is formed between the trigger arm and the trigger rod; the fragile net-shaped support has preset breaking force, when force borne by the trigger face is larger than the preset breaking force, the trigger face is broken to enable the trigger rod to make contact with the trigger arm, and the trigger arm acts to enable the microswitch to act.

    本发明公开了一种电梯反绳轮钢丝绳脱出检测装置,包括脆性网状支架和微动开关组件;所述脆性网状支架具有触发面、触发杆、第一固定面和第二固定面;所述脆性网状支架通过第一固定面与反绳轮的安装板固定,使得触发面与反绳轮轴向平行,触发面在径向上的投影与反绳轮的轮槽重叠,触发面与反绳轮具有第一预设间隙;所述触发杆固定在脆性网状支架内部,触发杆的一端突出于第二固定面;所述微动开关组件具有触发臂和微动开关,所述微动开关组件固定在第二固定面上,触发臂与触发杆具有第二预设间隙;所述脆性网状支架具有预设破断力,当触发面受到的力大于预设破断力时,触发面破裂使得触发杆接触触发臂,所述触发臂动作使得微动开关动作。
