The invention relates to the field of intelligent detection, and provides track anomaly detection equipment based on a line scanning type point cloud processing method. The problems that in an existing track detection method, the manual work intensity is large, the accuracy is low, and front-back change comparison of the same position cannot be achieved are solved. The main scheme comprises a carrier, an identification reading device, a scanning device and a detection step. The carrier obtains the real-time running speed through the speed sensor, and the identification reading device can read the identification on the outer side of the track. A fan-shaped laser source on the scanning device vertically and downwards projects laser to form a laser scanning surface, and linear array type three-dimensional point cloud data of track surface contour information is obtained in real time. The detection steps comprise least square method straight line fitting, double-track edge point and middle position point identification, track key form and position parameter solving, sectional type detection and track abnormity and variation detection through a threshold value method and a reference template comparison method. The method is used for detecting shape and position abnormity and change of the track in real time, extra position and posture detection equipment is not needed, and key shape and position structure parameters of the track can be accurately determined.

    本发明涉及智能检测领域,提供了一种基于线扫描式点云处理方法的轨道异常检测装备。旨在解决现有轨道检测方法中人工工作强度大、准确度低、无法实现同一位置前后变化比较的问题。主要方案包括载具、标识读取装置、扫描装置和检测步骤。载具通过速度传感器获取实时运行速度,标识读取装置可读取轨道外侧的标识。扫描装置上的扇形激光源垂直向下投射激光,形成激光扫描面,实时获取轨道表面轮廓信息的线阵式三维点云数据。检测步骤包括最小二乘法直线拟合、识别双轨边沿点和中位点、求取轨道关键形位参数、分段式检测和通过阈值法和基准模板比较法检测轨道异常和异变。本发明用于实时检测轨道形位异常和异变,无需额外位姿检测设备,能精准确定轨道关键形位结构参数。
