The invention provides a parameter optimization method for an automatic transmission system of a pure electric vehicle. The method belongs to the field of gearbox parameter optimization. Firstly, an automobile dynamic model is constructed, the speed ratio of each gear of a transmission and the speed ratio of a main speed reducer are selected as design variables, and the minimum acceleration time of hundred kilometers is adopted as an optimization target. Then, a joint optimization model for the dynamic property and the economical efficiency of the pure electric vehicle is constructed, and constraint conditions such as first-gear and second-gear speed ratio constraint, gear shifting smoothness and battery capacity of a power system are considered; in addition, the economical efficiency problem of the automobile, namely the energy consumption of the automobile under the single NEDC working condition, is also considered. An improved Kepler optimization algorithm is used, and chaotic mapping, an arithmetic optimization algorithm and a sine and cosine algorithm are combined for solving. According to the method, the dynamic property and economical efficiency of the pure electric vehicle can be effectively optimized, and the performance of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明提出了一种纯电动汽车自动变速系统参数优化方法。属于变速箱参数优化领域。首先,构建汽车动力性模型,选择变速器各挡速比和主减速器速比为设计变量,采用最小化百公里加速时间作为优化目标。然后,构建纯电动汽车动力性与经济性联合优化模型,考虑动力系统的一二档速比约束、换挡平顺性和电池容量等约束条件。此外,也考虑到汽车的经济性问题,即车辆在单一NEDC工况下的能量消耗。利用改进的开普勒优化算法,结合混沌映射、算术优化算法和正余弦算法进行求解。这种方法可以有效优化纯电动汽车的动力性和经济性,提高车辆的性能。
