The invention discloses a standard subway permanent magnet traction converter control method, which belongs to the technical field of subway permanent magnet traction converter control, and comprises the following steps of: 1, controlling the maximum torque current ratio; step 2, field weakening control; step 3, carrying out SVPWM synchronous modulation; step 4, re-throwing at a belt speed; 5, single-current closed-loop control is carried out; compared with synchronous motor control in the industrial field, the control method can be suitable for a high-voltage system, and synchronous motor control under the low switching frequency is achieved. The switching mode of square wave control is optimized, so that the synchronous motor control system realizes maximum torque current ratio control in a full-speed domain range, and the efficiency of the control system is improved. SVPWM synchronous modulation is realized, the switching frequency of a high-speed area is reduced, the traction efficiency is improved, and compared with a control mode of entering a square wave by using an overmodulation mode, current harmonics are reduced. The belt speed restarting in the full-speed domain range is realized, and the influence of the back electromotive force of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in the high-speed region is overcome.

    本发明公开了一种标准地铁永磁牵引变流器控制方法,属于地铁永磁牵引变流器控制技术领域,包含步骤1,最大转矩电流比控制;步骤2,弱磁控制;步骤3,SVPWM同步调制;步骤4,带速重投;步骤5,单电流闭环控制;本发明相比于工业领域的同步电机控制,该控制方法可以适用于高压系统,实现低开关频率下的同步电机控制。优化了方波控制的切换方式,使同步电机控制系统在全速域范围内实现最大转矩电流比控制,提高控制系统的效率。实现了SVPWM同步调制,降低了高速区的开关频率,提高了牵引效率,相比于使用过调制方式进入方波的控制方式,降低了电流谐波。实现了全速域范围的带速重投,克服了高速区永磁同步电机的反电动势影响。
