Battery motor waste heat is utilized, and an air conditioner adopts a heat pump scheme; the comfort can be met, and the endurance mileage of the whole vehicle can be increased; during parking, an outdoor heat exchanger is adopted to absorb a heat source in the environment as a heat source basis of the heat pump; during refrigeration, the battery is separated from the motor; and heat source concentration and effective heat dissipation incapability are avoided.
