The invention provides an anti-falling trilateral profile structure and an installation method, the trilateral profile structure comprises a trilateral section structure formed by a first edge 1, a second edge 2 and a third edge 3 which are connected in sequence; the included angle alpha between the second edge 2 and the third edge 3 is 90-120 degrees, and the included angle beta between the first edge 1 and the second edge 2 is 30-60 degrees; the third edge 3 is longer than the first edge 1, and an anti-skid structure is arranged on the bottom face of the third edge 3. According to the technical scheme, the construction process can be simplified, the operability is improved, and the construction cost is saved.
