The invention relates to the technical field of cooling liquids, in particular to a thermal management liquid for a pure electric vehicle, which comprises a basic liquid and an anti-rust agent, the basic liquid comprises deionized water and an anti-freezing agent, and the anti-rust agent comprises an azole compound, a thiazole compound, monocarboxylic acid, dicarboxylic acid, amides and organosiloxanes; the antirust agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by volume: 0.1 to 0.2 percent of an azole compound, 0 to 0.01 percent of a thiazole compound, 0.1 to 0.25 percent of monocarboxylic acid, 0.1 to 0.2 percent of dicarboxylic acid and 0.001 to 0.003 percent of organosiloxane. Through the combination of the basic liquid and the anti-rust additive, the excellent anti-rust property is maintained while the low conductivity of the cooling liquid is maintained, and the protection capability on an aluminum alloy in an electric automobile cooling system is improved by adjusting the ratio of monocarboxylic acid to dicarboxylic acid and increasing the use amount of organosiloxane, so that the service life of the cooling liquid is prolonged. The corrosion inhibition performance of the aluminum alloy in an electric automobile system is improved, and the protection capability on various metal materials of a cooling system is higher.

    本发明涉及冷却液技术领域,具体为一种纯电动汽车热管理液,包括基础液和防锈剂,所述基础液包括去离子水和防冻剂,所述防锈剂包括苯唑类化合物、噻唑类化合物、一元羧酸、二元羧酸、酰胺类和有机硅氧烷类;所述的防锈剂包括以下体积百分比的组分:苯唑类化合物0.1~0.2%,噻唑类化合物0~0.01%,一元羧酸0.1~0.25%,二元羧酸0.1~0.2%,有机硅氧烷类0.001~0.003%。本发明通过含有基础液和防锈添加剂组合,维持冷却液在低导率的同时保持优异的防锈性,通过调整一元羧酸和二元羧酸比例,增加有机硅氧烷类的用量,增加了对电动汽车冷却系统中铝合金的保护能力,提高了电动汽车系统中的铝合金的抑制腐蚀性能,对冷却系统各种金属材料保护能力更强。
