The invention belongs to the technical field of ship propulsion shafting, and discloses a permanent magnet transmission shafting and a vibration and noise reduction performance evaluation method, the method fully considers each part having great influence on the vibration and noise reduction performance of the shafting in the transverse direction, the vertical direction, the longitudinal direction and the circumferential direction, and arranges acceleration sensors on the corresponding parts; the vibration acceleration response is acquired through the wireless acquisition module, and the device has the advantages of simple operation, convenient measurement and the like. According to the evaluation method, the difference between the coordinate systems where the acceleration sensors on the shaft and the base are located when the shaft system operates is fully considered, and rapid, effective and accurate evaluation of vibration and noise reduction performance of the shaft system in all directions can be obtained by performing coordinate transformation on acceleration responses measured under different coordinate systems; important technical support is provided for initial structural design iteration, vibration and noise reduction performance testing and the like of the permanent magnet transmission shaft system, and the method has good practicability, operability and convenience in practical engineering application.

    本发明属于船舶推进轴系技术领域,公开一种永磁传动轴系及减振降噪性能评价方法,该方法充分考虑了对轴系横向、垂向、纵向和周向减振降噪性能有着较大影响的各部件,并在相应部件上布置加速度传感器,通过无线采集模块对振动加速度响应进行采集,具有操作简单、便于测量等优点。该评价方法充分考虑了轴系运转时轴上与基座上加速度传感器所处坐标系的差异,通过对不同坐标系下测得的加速度响应进行坐标变换,可获得轴系各向减振降噪性能的快速有效准确评估,为永磁传动轴系初期结构设计迭代、减振降噪性能测试等提供重要的技术支撑,在实际工程应用中具有较好的实用性、操作性和便利性。
