The invention relates to the field of automatic driving, and provides a data acquisition and analysis method and device, a server, vehicle-mounted equipment and a vehicle. The data acquisition and analysis method comprises the following steps: acquiring public opinion data corresponding to a preset driving scene; sending scene configuration information determined based on a preset driving scene to the vehicle; receiving scene data collected by the vehicle based on the scene configuration information; obtaining a public opinion analysis result by analyzing the public opinion data, and obtaining a scene analysis result by analyzing the scene data; and performing correlation analysis on the scene analysis result and the public opinion analysis result to obtain a correlation analysis result. According to the method, association analysis can be performed in combination with scenes and public opinions, so that potential requirements of users on automatic driving are obtained through analysis.
