The invention discloses a control method and device of a conversion circuit, a controller, a system and a vehicle. The control method of the conversion circuit comprises the following steps: controlling the first step-down switch tube to be normally open and controlling the second step-down switch tube not to work on the basis that the conversion circuit works in a driving non-inversion mode; and based on switching from the driving non-inversion mode to the driving inversion mode, controlling both the first step-down switch tube and the second step-down switch tube to start working, and controlling the duty ratio of the first step-down switch tube to enable the direct-current bus voltage of the primary side conversion circuit to be gradually increased to a first target voltage. According to the control method of the conversion circuit provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the driving non-inversion mode is switched to the driving inversion mode, the controller does not need to reset the initialization configuration any more, so that the power supply to the low-voltage system connected with the low-voltage conversion circuit is not interrupted in the switching process, and the reliability of the conversion circuit is improved. And electric vehicle faults caused by resetting of the controller during switching are avoided, and the running safety of the electric vehicle is improved.

    本申请公开一种变换电路的控制方法、装置、控制器、系统及车辆。变换电路的控制方法包括:基于变换电路工作于行车非逆变模式,控制第一降压开关管常开,控制第二降压开关管不工作;基于行车非逆变模式向行车逆变模式的切换,控制第一降压开关管和第二降压开关管都开始工作,并控制第一降压开关管的占空比使得原边转换电路的直流母线电压逐渐升高至第一目标电压。根据本申请实施例提供的变换电路的控制方法,当行车非逆变模式向行车逆变模式的切换时,控制器不再需要重置初始化配置,保证了切换过程中向低压转换电路连接的低压系统供电不会中断,避免切换时因控制器重置引起的电动汽车故障,提高电动汽车运行的安全性。
