The invention provides a magnetic wall-climbing milling robot. Comprising a vehicle body, a driving mechanism, a crawler walking mechanism, a welding seam milling mechanism, an adsorption assembly, a line patrol assembly, a scrap blowing assembly and upper and lower wall seats, the driving mechanism is arranged at one end of the vehicle body, and the crawler walking mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the vehicle body to drive the vehicle body to walk. Wherein a transmission chain is arranged, a magnet is arranged on the transmission chain, and the vehicle body is adsorbed on the wall surface; the milling mechanism is arranged in the middle of the vehicle body and provided with a milling cutter for welding seam milling along with the vehicle body; the adsorption assembly is an adjustable strong magnet, is arranged at the other end of the vehicle body and has adsorption force to adsorb the vehicle body on the wall surface; the line patrol assemblies are arranged at the front end of the vehicle body and beside the milling cutter correspondingly and used for guaranteeing the line patrol state of the vehicle body and guaranteeing automatic deviation rectification under the condition that a weld bead is dislocated. The scrap blowing assembly is arranged around the milling cutter and used for discharging scraps milled by the milling cutter; the upper and lower wall seats are rubber platforms, can magnetically attract the vehicle body and the cylinder and are used for assembling and disassembling the vehicle body on the surface of the cylinder.

    本发明提出的是一种磁吸爬壁铣削机器人。包括车体、驱动机构、履带行走机构、焊缝铣削机构、吸附组件、巡线组件、吹屑组件和上下壁座;驱动机构设置在车体一端,履带行走机构对称设置在车体两侧,驱动车体行走;其中具有传动链条,在传动链条上设置磁铁,将车体吸附在壁面上;铣削机构设置在车体中部,具有铣刀伴随车体进行焊缝铣削;吸附组件为可调强磁,设置在车体另一端,具有吸附力将车体吸附在壁面上;巡线组件分别设置在车体前端以及铣刀旁,用于保证车体的巡线状态,确保在焊道有错动情况下的自动纠偏;吹屑组件设置在铣刀周围,用于将铣刀铣削下的废屑排出;上下壁座为橡胶平台,能够磁吸车体和筒体,用于车体在筒体表面上的装卸。
