The invention discloses a hub spoke hole drilling-free forming process, and relates to the technical field of bicycles. The method comprises the steps that a first spoke locking assembly is fixed to the inner wall of a rim; pressing the spoke locking ring so that the spoke locking ring is limited in a position far away from the spokes; a second spoke locking assembly at the other end of the spoke mechanism is inserted into a locking hole in the surface of a shaft body connecting piece in the center of the inner side of the rim, and a spoke locking arc plate on the second spoke locking assembly is made to move in the radial direction by adjusting and controlling the second spoke locking assembly till the spoke locking arc plate is attached to the inner wall of the corresponding locking hole; and the limiting on the spoke locking rings is relieved, and the spoke locking rings are rotated until the spoke locking rings are tightly connected with the corresponding spokes. According to the bicycle hub, the first spoke locking assemblies are adopted to replace spoke holes in the rim, compared with the installation mode that the spoke holes are formed in the rim, the overall strength of the rim cannot be reduced, and the strength and stability of the whole bicycle hub can be improved.
本发明公开了一种轮毂免钻辐条孔成型工艺,涉及自行车技术领域。本发明包括将第一辐条锁定组件固定在轮辋内壁上;按压辐条锁定环使得辐条锁定环被限定在远离辐条的位置上;将辐条机构另一端的第二辐条锁定组件插入到轮辋内侧中心处轴体连接件表面的锁定孔中,通过调控第二辐条锁定组件使其上的辐条锁定弧板发生径向移动,直至辐条锁定弧板贴合到对应锁定孔内壁上;解除对辐条锁定环的限位,通过转动辐条锁定环直至辐条锁定环完成与对应辐条之间的紧固连接。本发明通过采用第一辐条锁定组件替代轮辋上的辐条孔,相比于在轮辋上开设辐条孔的安装方式而言,本申请不会降低轮辋的整体强度,有利于提高整个自行车轮毂的强度和稳定性。
