Comprising a passenger compartment assembly, a battery pack, an electric drive system, a compressor, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, an electronic expansion valve, a liquid storage tank, a first water pump, a second water pump, a third water pump, a fourth water pump, a first proportional three-way valve, a second proportional three-way valve, a twelve-way valve and a low-temperature radiator. The thermal management system is highly integrated, and meanwhile the overall performance and controllability of the vehicle are improved. The invention further discloses a control method of the whole electric vehicle heat management system based on the multi-way valve, independent and cooperative control over all the heat management modules can be achieved through the twelve-way valve, the energy efficiency of the heat management system can be powerfully improved, it is ensured that the system can stably operate under various working conditions, and the service life of the system is prolonged. And a twelve-way valve is combined, a full indirect type heat pump technology is adopted, the combination mode of different working modes of all heat management modules of the electric vehicle is expanded, energy utilization is maximized, and meanwhile the cruising ability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于多通阀的电动汽车整车热管理系统,包括:乘员舱总成、电池包、电驱系统、压缩机、第一换热器、第二换热器、电子膨胀阀、储液罐、第一水泵、第二水泵、第三水泵、第四水泵、第一比例三通阀、第二比例三通阀、十二通阀和低温散热器。所述热管理系统高度集成化的同时提高车辆的整体性能和操控性。本发明还公开了一种基于多通阀的电动汽车整车热管理系统的控制方法,通过十二通阀可实现对各个热管理模块单独及协同控制,能够强有力地提升热管理系统能效,确保系统在各种工况下都能稳定运行,并且结合十二通阀采用全间接式热泵技术,拓展了电动汽车各热管理模块的不同工作模式的组合方式,能量利用最大化的同时提高续航能力。
