And vibration generated during movement of the skylight is absorbed through the instantaneous anti-buffering damping colloid of the non-Newtonian fluid, the hose is prevented from falling off from the clamping structure, the firmness degree of the clamping structure is improved, the inner and outer anti-corrosion protection layers are arranged, the internal structure of the clamping structure is prevented from being damaged, the stability of the clamping structure is improved, and the service life of the clamping structure is prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种高弹性可形变耐磨抗冲车辆天窗卡接结构,天窗卡接结构包括有天窗导轨卡接接头,天窗导轨卡接接头的侧部设置有天窗导轨卡接卡槽,天窗导轨卡接接头和天窗导轨卡接卡槽侧前侧设置有若干个用于捆绑轧带的天窗导轨卡接贯穿槽;天窗卡接结构采用橡胶、金属橡胶和泡沫记忆合金三重作为卡接结构的支撑框架,并在橡胶体中包埋金属加强筋,显著提升卡接结构的强刚度和柔韧性,碳纤维和双组分吸音棉对橡胶体补强,再通过非牛顿流体的瞬时抗缓冲减震胶体吸收天窗运动时产生的震动,避免软管从卡接结构中脱落,提高了卡接结构的牢固程度,并设置内外双层防腐蚀保护层,避免卡接结构内部结构遭到各种破坏,提升了卡接结构的稳定性和使用寿命。
