According to the invention, environment data and vehicle state data are combined, the angle of the photovoltaic panel is dynamically adjusted by using the sun trajectory calculator so as to directly face sunlight, and the output power is measured in real time and the energy collection efficiency is recorded by using the current and voltage sensor.
