The driving power is detected, compared and dynamically controlled and adjusted in real time; the state of the whole vehicle is detected in real time, and balance between required power and allowable discharging power of a power battery is dynamically guaranteed; the electric power of the whole vehicle is always kept not to exceed the discharge power of the power battery, the power battery is prevented from being over-discharged, and the service life of the power battery is prolonged; and the safety guarantee of the battery and the vehicle is improved, and the trafficability and safety of the vehicle are improved.
