The invention provides an automobile road spectrum acquisition method and device, and the method comprises the following steps: installing a road spectrum acquisition device, an acquisition module and a display module, and carrying out the horizontal adjustment of a sensor housing and a swing rod of the road spectrum acquisition device; up-down vibration signals of wheels are transmitted through a road spectrum acquisition device, the up-down vibration signals of the wheels are converted into electric signals, and pulse signals are fed back to an acquisition module; a PWM signal is sent to a road spectrum acquisition device through an acquisition module, the sending time is T1, and a signal pulse signal fed back by the acquisition device is obtained; up-down vibration signals of wheels are converted into electric signals through a road spectrum collecting device, then the relative height H of a vehicle body is calculated through a collecting module by means of a sent PWM signal T1 and a feedback signal pulse signal T2, then the absolute height of the vehicle body is obtained through a software look-up table method, low-pass filtering processing is carried out on obtained data, and the relative height H of the vehicle body is obtained. Therefore, the absolute height of the vehicle body can be quickly obtained, and the data acquisition precision is improved.

    本发明提供了一种汽车路谱采集方法及采集装置,包括以下步骤:对路谱采集装置、采集模块及显示模块进行安装,并对路谱采集装置的传感器壳体及摆杆进行水平调节;通过路谱采集装置传递车轮的上下震动信号,并将车轮的上下震动信号转化为电信号,并反馈脉冲信号至采集模块;通过采集模块向路谱采集装置发送PWM信号,发送时间为T1,并获取采集装置反馈的信号脉冲信号;本发明通过路谱采集装置将车轮的上下震动信号转成电信号,然后通过采集模块利用发送的PWM信号T1及反馈的信号脉冲信号T2计算车身相对高度H,然后在利用软件查表法获得绝对车身高度,并对获取的数据进行低通滤波处理,以便在快速获取绝对车身高度的同时,提高采集数据的精度。
