The invention discloses a vehicle interaction method, a server and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring multi-mode sensing information in a vehicle cabin, wherein the multi-mode sensing information comprises at least two of in-vehicle visual information, in-vehicle audio information and vehicle state information; and then, according to the multi-modal perception information, determining a security risk. Then, according to the security risk, a target measure for the security risk is determined. And finally, the server generates a vehicle control instruction according to the target measure to complete interaction. Therefore, by monitoring the multi-mode sensing information in real time, evaluating the safety risk and determining the target measure for the safety risk, the safety of the cabin can be effectively improved, the experience of passengers is improved, and accidents are reduced.
