The sand box system for the railway vehicle comprises a sand box, the sand box comprises an upper conical structure, a middle cylindrical structure and a lower conical structure which are sequentially in butt joint from top to bottom, the small-diameter end of the upper conical structure is located at the upper end, the small-diameter end of the lower conical structure is located at the lower end, and all sections, perpendicular to the axial direction, of the upper conical structure and the lower conical structure are round; the plurality of lifting lugs are sequentially fixed on the outer peripheral surface of the upper conical structure in the circumferential direction; and the sand injection cylinder is fixed on the outer peripheral surface of the upper conical structure and is communicated with the interior of the sand box. The periphery of the upper conical structure can provide a certain avoiding and mounting space for mounting the lifting lug and the sand injection cylinder, so that the lifting lug and the upper conical structure can be partially used together in the vertical direction, the lifting lug does not need to be completely arranged on the top surface of the sand box and is higher than the sand box, and the utilization rate of the sand box to the vertical space is favorably improved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道车辆用砂箱系统及其设计方法、轨道车辆,涉及车辆工程技术领域。轨道车辆用砂箱系统包括:砂箱,砂箱包括由上至下依次对接的上部锥形结构、中部圆柱结构和下部锥形结构,上部锥形结构的小径端在上端,下部锥形结构的小径端在下端,上部、下部锥形结构在垂直于轴向的各截面均为圆形;多个吊耳,沿周向依次固定于上部锥形结构的外周面上;注砂筒,固定于上部锥形结构的外周面上,且与砂箱的内部连通。上部锥形结构的外周可提供一定的避让和安装空间,以用于安装吊耳和注砂筒,使得在竖直方向上,吊耳与上部锥形结构可以由部分共同利用的空间,吊耳无需完全设于砂箱的顶面上并高于砂箱,有利于提高砂箱对竖直空间的利用率。
