The invention relates to a metro vehicle traction protection device, and belongs to the technical field of rail transit equipment, the metro vehicle traction protection device comprises a machine body and a mounting plate fixed on the left side of the machine body, the mounting plate is provided with a plurality of mounting holes, the right side of the machine body is provided with a traction assembly used for being connected with a carriage, and a limiting seat is fixed in the machine body; a limiting assembly is arranged on the outer side of the end, close to the traction assembly, of the limiting base, and the upper side and the lower side of the limiting base are each provided with a buffering assembly used for limiting the sliding distance. According to the metro vehicle traction protection device, connection is formed between a limiting sliding plate and a machine body through a supporting spring and the limiting sliding plate in the traction assembly, a primary protection structure is formed in the traction process, and a limiting seat is matched with a lifting box and a supporting block to form a secondary protection structure between the limiting sliding plate and a limiting abutting plate; the magnetorheological fluid damper connects the machine body and the limiting abutting plate in the corrugated pipe, a three-time protection structure is formed, and direct impact in the traction process is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种地铁车辆牵引防护装置,属于轨道交通设备技术领域,包括机体和固定在机体左侧的安装板,所述安装板上开设有若干个安装孔,所述机体的右侧设有用于连接车厢的牵引组件,所述机体的内部固定有限位座,所述限位座靠近牵引组件一端的外侧设置有限位组件,所述限位座的上下两侧均设有一组用于对滑动距离进行限定的缓冲组件。该地铁车辆牵引防护装置,通过牵引组件内部的支撑弹簧和限位滑板在限位滑板和机体之间形成连接,在牵引过程中形成一次防护结构,限位座配合升降盒和支撑块在限位滑板和限位抵板之间形成二次的防护结构,磁流变液阻尼器在波纹管内部对机体和限位抵板进行连接,形成三次防护结构,避免牵引过程中出现直接冲击。
