The invention relates to a wind resistance reducing device, method and system and a vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The wind resistance reducing device (10) comprises a telescopic piece (11) and a driving mechanism (12). The telescopic piece (11) is arranged at the tail part of the vehicle (1); the driving mechanism (12) is used for driving the telescopic piece (11) to be switched between an extending state and a retracting state relative to the vehicle (1); the length of the vehicle (1) when the telescopic piece (11) is in the stretching-out state is larger than the length of the vehicle (1) when the telescopic piece (11) is in the retracting state. As a result, it is possible to achieve lower wind resistance while maintaining a graceful shape of the vehicle.
