The invention discloses an integral lifting method for an offshore photovoltaic platform. An integral lifting device comprising an upper lifting frame, two upper steel wire ropes, a lower lifting frame and four lower steel wire ropes is adopted. The upper hanging bracket is a rectangular frame; the two upper steel wire ropes are connected between the top surfaces of the four corners of the upper hanging bracket and a main hook of the crane ship; the lower lifting frame comprises two lifting beams and two groups of buoys; the two lifting beams are respectively positioned below the two upper cross beams of the upper lifting frame; the inner side faces of the two ends of each lifting beam are each provided with a concave through groove, the opening end of each concave through groove is hinged to a side door, and a square inserting hole is defined by the concave through grooves and the side doors. The two groups of buoys are respectively bound on the top surfaces of the two lifting beams; four fulcrum seats of the photovoltaic platform are inserted into four insertion holes of the lower lifting frame; the four lower steel wire ropes are connected between the four corners of the upper hanging bracket and the two ends of the two lifting beams. The installation efficiency of the photovoltaic platform can be effectively improved, and the offshore operation time is greatly shortened.
本发明公开了一种海上光伏平台的整体抬吊方法,采用包括上部吊架、两根上部钢丝绳、下部抬架和四根下部钢丝绳的整体抬吊装置。上部吊架呈矩形框架;两根上部钢丝绳连接在上部吊架四个角部顶面上与起重船的主钩之间;下部抬架包括两根抬吊梁和两组浮筒;两根抬吊梁各自位于上部吊架的两根上横梁下方;每根抬吊梁的两头的内侧面上各自开设一个凹形通槽,每个凹形通槽的开口端铰接一侧门,使凹形通槽与侧门围成正方形插孔;两组浮筒各自绑扎在两根抬吊梁的顶面上;光伏平台的四个支点座插在下部抬架的四个插孔中;四根下部钢丝绳连接在上部吊架的四个角部与两根抬吊梁的两端之间。本发明能有效提高光伏平台的安装效率,大大减少了海上作业时间。
