The invention provides a modular paraboloid framework folding and unfolding mechanism based on tetrahedron basic units with different heights, which comprises three combined deployable units, and an upper folding rod, a lower folding rod and a connecting faceplate which are connected with the three combined deployable units, each combined deployable unit comprises a central faceplate, three basic folding and unfolding units, three pairs of lower synchronous rods with the same length and three pairs of upper synchronous rods with the same length, the three basic folding and unfolding units are evenly distributed and arranged on the outer side of the central faceplate in a surrounding mode, and every two adjacent basic folding and unfolding units are connected through the corresponding lower synchronous rod and the corresponding upper synchronous rod; every two adjacent combined extensible units are connected through an upper folding rod, a lower folding rod and a connecting disc chuck. The supporting mechanism has the advantages of being high in rigidity, large in folding and unfolding ratio, high in expansibility, high in reliability and the like, meanwhile has the large folding rate and the high stability, and can be applied to carrying of a carrier rocket upper framework folding and unfolding antenna.

    本发明提供一种基于不等高四面体基本单元的模块化抛物面构架折展机构,其包括三个组合可展单元和连接三个组合可展单元的上折叠杆、下折叠杆和连接花盘,每个组合可展单元均包括中心花盘、三个基本折展单元、三对等长的下同步杆以及三对等长的上同步杆,三个基本折展单元均布环绕设于中心花盘的外侧,且相邻两个基本折展单元之间通过下同步杆以及上同步杆连接,相邻两个组合可展单元之间通过上折叠杆、下折叠杆以及连接花盘连接。本发明具有刚度高、折展比大、可拓展性强,可靠性高等特点,同时具有较大的收拢率、较高的稳定性,可应用于搭载运载火箭上构架折展天线的支撑机构。
