The invention discloses a crown block and a material taking and placing method thereof. The crown block comprises a frame assembly, a walking mechanism, a first lifting mechanism, a first transverse moving mechanism connected with the first lifting mechanism, a second lifting mechanism connected with the first transverse moving mechanism and a gripper mechanism connected with the second lifting mechanism, and the walking mechanism is installed on the frame assembly and used for driving the whole crown block to run in the X direction. The first lifting mechanism is connected to the lower portion of the frame assembly to drive the first transverse moving mechanism, the second lifting mechanism and the gripper mechanism to move in the Z direction, the first transverse moving mechanism is used for driving the second lifting mechanism and the gripper mechanism to move in the Y direction, and the second lifting mechanism is used for driving the gripper mechanism to move in the Z direction to take and place objects. According to the scheme, a crown block can directly take and place materials from the embedded Prot port, traditional NTB/AMR/AGV equipment is replaced, and cost and workshop ground space are saved.
本发明公开了一种天车及其取放料方法。天车包括:框架组件、行走机构、第一升降机构、与第一升降机构连接的第一横移机构、与第一横移机构连接的第二升降机构和与第二升降机构连接的抓手机构,行走机构安装于框架组件上并用于驱动天车整体沿X方向运行,第一升降机构连接于框架组件的下方以驱动第一横移机构、第二升降机构和抓手机构沿Z方向运动,第一横移机构用于驱动第二升降机构和抓手机构沿Y方向运行,第二升降机构用于驱动抓手机构沿Z方向运动以对物品进行取放。本方案可实现天车对嵌入式Prot口直接取放料,取代传统的NTB/AMR/AGV设备,节约成本和车间地面空间。
