The transformer substation is mounted on the floating body; the floating body is disc-shaped; tubular piles which are uniformly arranged are mounted on the floating body, penetrate through the floating body and are in sliding connection with the floating body; fixing columns which are uniformly arranged are fixedly mounted on the floating body; a circular groove is formed in the middle of the fixed column; each tubular pile penetrates through the circular groove in the corresponding fixing column and is in sliding connection with the circular groove; a limiting assembly is arranged in the fixing column, and the limiting assembly is used for limiting the pipe pile; evenly-arranged long grooves are formed in the outer ring face of the pipe pile, and the long grooves are in a long strip shape. The long groove is matched with the limiting assembly. And by arranging the pipe piles and the fixing columns, the floating body can be limited in the horizontal direction, and the situation that the floating body inclines and even drifts under the action of waves can be avoided.
