The invention provides an automatic walking vehicle for improving the surface roughness of a concrete member and an application method of the automatic walking vehicle, and relates to the technical field of vehicles. The technical problems that in the prior art, manual operation is high in labor intensity, low in working efficiency and poor in operation safety are solved. The automatic walking vehicle for improving the surface roughness of the concrete member comprises a vehicle frame, walking wheels, a walking driving motor, a vehicle frame lifting device, a cross beam, a distribution box, a vertical beam, a vertical beam transverse moving device, a pneumatic reciprocating type lateral impact device, an impact head lifting mechanism, an air tank and an air compressor. The pneumatic reciprocating type lateral impact device comprises a plurality of lateral air cylinders and impact heads fixedly arranged on piston rods of the lateral air cylinders, and when the air path switch valve is opened, compressed air sprayed out of the air tank can drive the piston rods of the lateral air cylinders to drive the impact heads to do reciprocating motion so as to impact pits in the surface of the concrete. The safety and the working efficiency of concrete construction operation are improved.

    本发明提供了一种用于提升混凝土构件表面粗糙度的自动化行走车及其应用方法,涉及车辆技术领域。解决了现有技术存在的手工作业劳动强度大、工作效率低以及作业安全性较差的技术问题。该用于提升混凝土构件表面粗糙度的自动化行走车包括车架、行走轮、行走驱动电机、车架升降装置、横梁、配电箱、竖梁、竖梁横移装置、气动往复式侧方冲击装置、冲击头升降机构、气罐以及空压机,气动往复式侧方冲击装置包括若干侧方气缸以及固定设置在侧方气缸的活塞杆上的冲击头,气路开关阀打开时,气罐喷出的压缩空气能驱动侧方气缸的活塞杆带动冲击头往复运动以在混凝土表面冲击出凹坑。本发明提高了混凝土施工作业的安全性以及工作效率。
