The invention discloses a vehicle suspension variable rotating speed height closed-loop control method based on a height change rate, which comprises the following steps of: in the process of controlling lifting through a suspension and in the process that a vehicle reaches a target from the lowest height, acquiring high-speed data in real time and calculating the height change rate; adjusting the rotating speed of the hydraulic pump in real time according to the height change rate to lift the vehicle body to the target height. The method has the advantages that when the suspension is controlled in the rising stage in the rhythm control process, overshoot is reduced or even overshoot is avoided, and the control accuracy and reliability are improved.

    本发明公开了基于高度变化率的车辆悬架变转速高度闭环控制方法,在通过悬架控制升高过程中,车辆由最低高度达到目标过程中,实时采集高速数据并计算高度变化率,根据高度变化率实时调节液压泵的转速以实现车身升高至目标高度。本发明的优点在于:实现悬架在律动控制过程中上升阶段控制时,减少超调量甚至不产生超调,提高控制的准确性和可靠性。
