The invention belongs to the field of battery temperature control, and particularly relates to a battery pack thermal runaway suppression method and suppression system and a vehicle. In order to improve the safety of the battery pack, the invention provides a thermal runaway suppression method for the battery pack. And when part of the battery packs are subjected to thermal runaway, closing the cooling liquid supply branches corresponding to the battery packs which are not subjected to thermal runaway, and opening the liquid spraying ports in the battery packs which are subjected to thermal runaway, so that the flow of the cooling liquid supplied to the battery packs which are subjected to thermal runaway in unit time is increased, and the cooling liquid is sprayed into the box bodies of the battery packs which are subjected to thermal runaway from the liquid spraying ports. The invention further provides a suppression system applying the battery pack thermal runaway suppression method and a vehicle. When part of the battery packs are subjected to thermal runaway, cooling liquid of the whole vehicle flows into the battery packs subjected to thermal runaway, so that the flow of the cooling liquid supplied to the battery packs subjected to thermal runaway in unit time is increased, enough cooling liquid quickly flows into corresponding box bodies, and the safety is improved.

    本发明属于电池的温度控制领域,特别是涉及一种电池包热失控抑制方法、抑制系统及车辆。为了提升电池包的安全性,本发明提出了一种电池包热失控抑制方法。在部分电池包发生热失控时,关闭未发生热失控的电池包所对应的冷却液供给支路,打开发生热失控的电池包内的喷液口,以提升单位时间内对热失控的电池包供应冷却液的流量,并使冷却液从喷液口喷至热失控的电池包的箱体内。本发明还提出了应用上述电池包热失控抑制方法的抑制系统及车辆。在部分电池包发生热失控时,使整车的冷却液均向热失控的电池包内流动,以提高单位时间内对热失控的电池包供应冷却液的流量,使相应箱体内快速流入足够的冷却液,提升安全性。
