The invention relates to a foot pad assembly (8) having a floor covering (12). The foot pad assembly (8) further comprises a foot pad (10) and a second fastening element (20) which is at least partially fastened to the underside (22) of the foot pad (10). The first thread gluing element (18) and the second thread gluing element (20) form a thread gluing connection (36). At least the floor covering (12), the first thread gluing element (18), the foot pad (10) and the second thread gluing element (20) are made of the same single material.
