The invention relates to a vehicle management system and a battery-powered vehicle. The vehicle management system is applied to a battery electric vehicle. The battery electric vehicle includes a simulation mode in which the simulation object is simulated. The simulation object includes at least one of a driving sound of the virtual moving body and a driving characteristic of the virtual vehicle. A vehicle management system includes one or more processors. The one or more processors are configured to calculate a driving proficiency of a driver driving the battery electric vehicle in a simulation mode. The one or more processors are configured to change options for simulating the object according to the driving proficiency.
