The invention discloses a clamping mechanism and a rotor shifting gear, and relates to the technical field of aerospace, the clamping mechanism comprises a clamping shell, a first clamping plate, a second clamping plate and a locking structure, the first clamping plate, the second clamping plate and the locking structure are arranged on the clamping shell, and the first clamping plate is located on the outer side of the second clamping plate; one end of the first clamping plate is connected with the clamping shell, the middle of the second clamping plate is rotationally connected with the clamping shell, one end of the second clamping plate is used for being connected with the locking structure, and a gap between the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate is used for clamping a supporting plate. When the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate complete clamping, the locking structure locks the second clamping plate. The shifting mechanism can be fixed to a folding supporting plate in an airplane.
