The invention provides a mine monorail crane synchronous braking system and a braking method, and aims to solve the problems of asynchronous braking, rail damage and the like in a traditional monorail crane braking system. The system comprises a plurality of groups of driving parts which are uniformly distributed at the two ends of a hoisting beam, and each group of driving part is provided with an idle time monitoring module and an idle time control module which are used for monitoring and adjusting the braking time. Each driving part is provided with an independent flow sensor and an independent one-way throttle valve, the opening degree of the one-way throttle valve is adjusted through transmission of a motor and a gear, and accurate control over the flow of each driving part is achieved. According to the braking method, a grouping and grading braking strategy is adopted, a driving part is divided into a front auxiliary group, a front main force group, a rear main force group and a rear auxiliary group, different braking sequences and strategies are adopted according to different working conditions (parking braking and emergency braking), synchronous braking is ensured, and rail damage is reduced. By independently controlling the flow of each driving part, the braking precision and the system flexibility are improved.

    本发明提供了一种矿山单轨吊同步制动系统及制动方法,旨在解决传统单轨吊制动系统中存在的制动不同步、轨道损伤等问题。该系统包括均匀分布在起吊梁两端的多组驱动部,每组驱动部均设有用于监测和调节制动时间的空动时间监测模块和空动时间控制模块。每个驱动部配备独立的流量传感器和单向节流阀,通过电机和齿轮传动调节单向节流阀开度,实现对各驱动部流量的精确控制。制动方法采用分组分级制动策略,将驱动部分为前辅助组、前主力组、后主力组和后辅助组,根据不同工况(驻车制动和紧急制动)采取不同的制动顺序和策略,确保同步制动,减少轨道损伤。本发明通过独立控制每个驱动部的流量,提高了制动精度和系统灵活性。
