The invention provides a matching control method for the running speed and the paving speed of a mechanical pavement, and relates to the field of mechanical pavement folding and unfolding and vehicle speed matching. According to the matching control method for the running speed and the laying speed of the mechanical pavement, a long-distance distance measuring sensor, a short-distance distance measuring sensor and a rotary pavement panel device are included. The long-distance distance measuring sensor is installed on the side edge of a rotary platform of the rotary pavement panel releasing equipment in the direction close to a vehicle head, and the long-distance distance measuring sensor obliquely and upwards detects the thickness of a pavement roll. The distance between the long-distance distance measuring sensor and the outer circle of the pavement roll is collected through the long-distance distance measuring sensor, the rotation speed of the rotary pavement roll unwinding device for unwinding the pavement roll is controlled through the change of the distance, the larger the data detected by the long-distance distance measuring sensor is, the higher the rotation speed of unwinding the pavement roll is, and otherwise, the rotation speed of unwinding the pavement roll is slow, so that the unwinding speed of the pavement roll is constant; therefore, the effect that the pavement slab release speed is matched with the vehicle traveling speed is achieved.

    本申请提供一种机械路面行车速度与铺设速度的匹配控制方法,涉及机械路面收放与车速匹配领域。机械路面行车速度与铺设速度的匹配控制方法包括:长距测距传感器、短距测距传感器和转动放路面板设备。所述长距测距传感器安装在转动放路面板设备的回转平台侧边靠近车头方向,所述长距测距传感器斜向上检测路面卷的厚度。通过长距测距传感器采集长距测距传感器距离路面卷外圆的距离,通过距离的变化控制转动放路面板设备收放路面卷的转速,长距测距传感器检测的数据越大,收放路面卷的转速越快,反之,则慢,使路面卷放出线速度一定,以此满足路面板放出速度与车辆行进速度相互匹配的效果。
