The advantages that the unmanned aerial vehicle flies stably and is easy to control and has certain loading capacity can be fully utilized, the functions of vibration route design, intelligent vibration end point judgment and the like are combined, the unmanned aerial vehicle carries the vibration system to conduct vibration operation, traditional manual operation is replaced, and the vibration quality and efficiency of concrete are improved.
本发明公开了一种无人化的混凝土智能振捣系统及方法,它包括:通过摄像头对待浇筑仓面进行俯拍,根据俯拍图进行标记得到禁止振捣区域,同时通过空间定位系统的测绘功能得到仓面各点坐标及高程信息;利用计算机系统根据俯拍图以及通过空间定位系统的测绘功能得到的仓面各点坐标及高程信息规划振捣作业路线;利用无人机携带振捣棒根据振捣作业路线进行振捣并根据混凝土的实际情况判断振捣是否完成。本发明能够充分利用无人机飞行稳定易控、具备一定载重能力的优势,结合振捣路线设计、智能判断振捣终点等功能,由无人机背负振捣系统进行振捣作业,替代传统人工作业,提升混凝土的振捣质量和效率。
