The invention discloses a center shaft torque sensor and an electric bicycle, and relates to the technical field of electric bicycles, and the center shaft torque sensor comprises a wiring mechanism, a first wrist guard and a sensor wire harness. The wiring mechanism connected to the frame five-way tube is arranged, the wiring mechanism is provided with the axial wiring channel located in the frame five-way tube and the radial wiring channel located outside the frame five-way tube, and the first wrist guard is located at one end of the frame five-way tube and connected to the wiring mechanism; the sensor wire harness is positioned and guided through the axial wiring channel and the radial wiring channel in sequence, so that the sensor wire harness can penetrate out of the end, facing the first wrist guard, of the frame five-way pipe, the procedure of trepanning of the frame five-way pipe is omitted, the sensor wire harness cannot be extruded when a vehicle is disassembled and assembled, and the risk that the sensor wire harness is broken is effectively reduced; and the assembly process is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种中轴力矩传感器及电动自行车,涉及电动自行车技术领域,其中中轴力矩传感器包括走线机构、第一护腕和传感器线束。本发明通过设置连接于车架五通管的走线机构,走线机构设有位于车架五通管内的轴向走线通道和位于车架五通管外的径向走线通道,第一护腕位于车架五通管的一端并连接于走线机构,传感器线束依次通过轴向走线通道和径向走线通道定位和引导,使得传感器线束能从车架五通管朝向第一护腕的一端穿出,减少了在车架五通管开孔的工序,在拆装车时传感器线束不会受到挤压,有效降低了传感器线束发生断裂的风险;而且简化了装配工艺,提高了生产效率。
