The invention discloses a permanent-magnet semi-direct-drive electric shovel lifting mechanism which comprises two lifting motors driven in parallel, a lifting speed reducer, a lifting winding drum and an encoder, the lifting motors are permanent-magnet synchronous motors, the lifting speed reducer is a first-stage parallel shaft transmission speed reducer, and the encoder is a second-stage parallel shaft transmission speed reducer. Output shafts of the two lifting motors are connected to an input shaft of the lifting speed reducer through couplings respectively, the non-transmission side of each lifting motor is connected with a lifting brake, the lifting winding drum is rotationally installed between a box body of the lifting speed reducer and a lifting side support through a lifting winding drum shaft, and an output large gear of the lifting speed reducer is connected to the lifting winding drum. The encoder is connected to the speed reducer side of the lifting winding drum shaft, and a winding drum sealing assembly is arranged between the periphery of the lifting winding drum and the lifting speed reducer box body. The semi-direct-drive winding drum of the permanent magnet motor is achieved, the output torque is large, low-speed large-load drive can be achieved, the sealing effect of the winding drum is guaranteed, and the connection reliability of the encoder is guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种永磁半直驱电铲提升机构,包括并行驱动的两个提升电动机、提升减速机、提升卷筒、编码器,提升电动机为永磁同步电动机,提升减速机为一级平行轴传动减速机,两个提升电动机的输出轴分别通过联轴器联接于提升减速机的一个输入轴,提升电动机的非传动侧联接有提升制动器,提升卷筒通过提升卷筒轴转动安装在提升减速机箱体与提升侧支座之间,提升减速机的输出大齿轮联接于提升卷筒,编码器联接在提升卷筒轴的减速机侧,提升卷筒的外周与提升减速机箱体之间设置有卷筒密封组件。本发明实现了永磁电动机半直驱卷筒,输出转矩大,能够胜任低速大负荷的驱动,保证了提升卷筒的密封效果,并且保证了编码器联接的可靠性。
