The invention provides a tire apex composition, a tire apex and a preparation method of the tire apex, and relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing. The tire bead filler composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of raw rubber, 10 to 40 parts of modified carbon nanotube/carbon black aggregate, 1 to 12 parts of active agent, 0.8 to 6 parts of accelerant, 0.8 to 6 parts of vulcanizing agent, 3 to 7 parts of anti-aging agent, 0.5 to 4 parts of tackifying resin, 0 to 25 parts of white carbon black, 0 to 2.5 parts of silane coupling agent, 0 to 2.5 parts of protective wax and 0 to 0.3 part of scorch retarder, wherein the modified carbon nanotube/carbon black aggregate is obtained by carrying out high-temperature jet flow on a modifier and a carbon nanotube/carbon black aggregate. According to the invention, the modified carbon nanotube/carbon black aggregate is added into the tire apex composition, so that filler agglomeration is reduced, mechanical properties and wear resistance of the tire apex are improved, and heat generation of the tire apex can be further reduced.

    本发明提供了一种轮胎三角胶料组合物、轮胎三角胶料及其制备方法,涉及轮胎制造技术领域。所述轮胎三角胶料组合物按重量份数计包括以下组分:生胶100份、改性碳纳米管/炭黑聚集体10~40份、活性剂1~12份、促进剂0.8~6份、硫化剂0.8~6份、防老剂3~7份、增粘树脂0.5~4份、白炭黑0~25份、硅烷偶联剂0~2.5份、防护蜡0~2.5份、防焦剂0~0.3份;其中,所述改性碳纳米管/炭黑聚集体由改性剂和碳纳米管/炭黑聚集体经高温射流得到。本发明在所述轮胎三角胶料组合物中添加改性碳纳米管/炭黑聚集体,降低填料团聚,提供轮胎三角胶料的力学性能和耐磨性能的同时,还能进一步地降低轮胎三角胶料的生热。
