The invention discloses a training method of a fault diagnosis model of a track circuit, a fault diagnosis method and device, equipment and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a circuit fault tree according to a system structure diagram corresponding to a target track circuit; determining potential fault types included in the target track circuit and importance information of each potential fault type in the circuit fault tree according to the circuit fault tree; determining a high-risk fault type from the potential fault types according to the importance information, and collecting real-time working parameters of electrical equipment in the target track circuit when a high-risk fault event occurs in the target track circuit; and constructing model training data according to the real-time working parameters, and training a to-be-trained model by adopting the model training data to generate a fault diagnosis model. According to the invention, the high-risk fault type in the track circuit is automatically diagnosed by using the trained fault diagnosis model without manual diagnosis, so that the accuracy and timeliness of track circuit fault diagnosis are improved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道电路的故障诊断模型的训练方法、故障诊断方法、装置、设备和介质,包括:根据目标轨道电路对应的系统结构图,构建电路故障树;根据电路故障树确定目标轨道电路包括的潜在故障类型,及各潜在故障类型在电路故障树中的重要度信息;根据重要度信息从潜在故障类型中确定高风险故障类型,并当目标轨道电路出现高风险故障事件时采集目标轨道电路中各电气设备的实时工作参数;根据实时工作参数构建模型训练数据,并采用模型训练数据对待训练模型进行训练生成故障诊断模型。本发明利用训练完成的故障诊断模型对轨道电路中的高风险故障类型进行自动诊断,无需依靠人工方式进行诊断,提高了轨道电路故障诊断的准确性以及及时性。
