In order to achieve the purpose, the motor controller control method comprises the steps that when a motor controller is in an active short-circuit mode with the duty ratio increasing progressively, the current state of a power source main relay and/or the bus voltage of the motor controller are/is monitored; and based on the current state of the power supply main relay and/or the bus voltage of the motor controller, controlling the motor controller to be switched from the active short-circuit mode of which the duty ratio increases progressively to a direct active short-circuit mode. According to the method, whether the current state of the motor driving system is suitable for being slowly switched into the stable active short circuit state in a mode that the duty ratio is gradually increased or not is fully considered, the overvoltage risk can be recognized in time, and the transition stage that the duty ratio is gradually increased can be quitted in time.
