The invention discloses a passive tilting rotor mechanism for an EVTOL. A main tilting shaft is designed to be fixed to a wing along a wingspan. A main motor is mounted at the end part of the main tilting rotating shaft through a main motor frame and can rotate around the main tilting rotating shaft; and the rotation angle of the main motor is 0-90 degrees by designing a limiting structure, and the rotation angle is measured by installing an angle sensor. A carbon tube is fixedly installed on the main motor frame, and tilting motors are symmetrically installed at the two ends of the carbon tube relative to the main motor and rotate along with the main motor. Meanwhile, a locking structure is further designed so that locking and fixing can be achieved when the rotating angle is 0 degree or 90 degrees. When the airplane takes off and lands vertically, the mechanism is locked in a 0-degree horizontal state, so that the thrust is vertically upward; in the process of transition to the cruise stage, the two tilting motors generate thrust difference through the rotating speed difference, the mechanism rotates around the main tilting shaft to the 90-degree vertical position to be locked, and thrust is horizontally forward. Compared with an existing mechanism enabling thrust to tilt through active control, the mechanism has the advantages of being high in response speed, simple and high in reliability.

    本发明公开一种用于EVTOL上的被动倾转旋翼机构,设计主倾转轴沿翼展固定于机翼上。主倾转轴端部通过主电机架安装主电机,可绕主倾转轴转动;且通过设计限位结构使主电机转动角度在0~90°,通过安装角度传感器进行转动角度测量。主电机架上固定安装碳管,碳管两端相对主电机对称安装倾转电机随主电机一同转动。同时,还设计有锁定结构以实现在转角为0或90度时的锁死固定。当飞机垂直起降时,此机构在0°水平状态锁死,使推力竖直向上;在过渡到巡航阶段过程中,两倾转电机通过转速差产生推力差,使机构绕主倾转轴旋转至90°竖直位置锁死,推力水平向前。本发明相比于现有的通过主动控制使推力倾转的机构,优势在于响应速度快,机构简单,可靠性高。
