The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a construction method of an interlayer temporary elevator machine room of an elevator shaft of a super high-rise building, which comprises the following steps: S1, selecting two standard floors from the interlayer elevator shaft of the super high-rise building to construct a temporary elevator machine room floor bottom plate and a temporary elevator machine room floor bottom plate; s2, first I-shaped steel is arranged on each laminate structure to serve as a main beam; second I-shaped steel is welded above the first I-shaped steel; s3, a lifting hook is arranged below a top plate of the temporary elevator machine room layer; s4, fine aggregate concrete is poured above the steel plate of the top plate of the temporary elevator machine room layer; s5, solid bricks are adopted to build a waterproof ridge along the periphery of the top plate of the temporary elevator machine room layer; and S6, a layer of waterproof coating is constructed on the fine aggregate concrete of the top plate of the elevator machine room layer. And S7, a wood formwork is laid on the second I-shaped steel at the top plate position of the buffer layer. The method has the advantages that the construction period is shortened, engineering benefits are improved, house purchasing customers are isolated from a construction site, and customer safety is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及建筑施工的技术领域,尤其是涉及一种超高层建筑电梯井层间临时电梯机房的施工方法,包括如下步骤,S1、在超高层层间电梯井选取两个标准层施工临时电梯机房层底板及临时电梯机房层底板;S2、每个层板结构设置第一工字钢作为主梁;第一工字钢上方焊接第二工字钢;S3、在临时电梯机房层顶板下方设置吊钩;S4、在临时电梯机房层顶板的钢板上方浇筑细石混凝土;S5、沿临时电梯机房层顶板四周采用实心砖砌筑防水坎;S6、在时电梯机房层顶板的细石混凝土上施工一层防水涂料。S7、在缓冲层顶板位置第二工字钢上铺设木模板。本发明具有缩短了建设工期,提高了工程效益,让购房客户与施工现场隔离,保障了客户安全的效果。
