The bottom of the vertical lifting structure directly reaches the ground, the vertical lifting structure is composed of a cableway steel wire, a traction steel wire and a positioning assembly, the cableway steel wire is vertically arranged along the outer wall, the positioning assembly can slide on the cableway steel wire and is detachably matched with the cableway steel wire, one end of the traction steel wire is connected with the top of the positioning assembly, and the other end of the traction steel wire is connected with a first winch to achieve longitudinal lifting; the transverse conveying structure comprises a guide rail and a sliding connecting piece, the guide rail is transversely arranged above the vertical lifting structure, and the connecting piece can be detachably connected with the positioning assembly; the output end of the horizontal transportation structure is connected to the bottom of the vertical lifting structure, and the input end is communicated with the unit type curtain wall storage area. Compared with a traditional crane for hoisting, the vertical lifting structure of the device can be operated in a narrow field by utilizing a cableway steel wire and a positioning assembly, hoisting is stable, risks are reduced, and rapid transverse position adjustment can be achieved.

    本发明属于建筑施工技术领域,是一种应用于单元式幕墙安装的吊装装置,用于建筑结构外墙。它含三大结构:一是竖向的垂直提升结构,底部直达地面,由索道钢丝、牵引钢丝及定位组件构成,索道钢丝沿外墙竖向布置,定位组件可在其上滑动、可拆卸配合,牵引钢丝一端连定位组件顶部,另一端接第一卷扬机,实现纵向升降;二是横向运输结构,含导向轨道与滑动连接件,导向轨道在垂直提升结构上方横向设置,连接件能与定位组件可拆卸连接;三是地面的水平运输结构,输出端至垂直提升结构底部,输入端通单元式幕墙存放区。与传统起重机吊装比,该装置垂直提升结构利用索道钢丝与定位组件,可在狭小场地作业,吊运稳、降风险,还能快速横向调位。
