The invention relates to a four-winding-drum engine-driven winching system for a rocker arm derrick. The four-winding-drum engine-driven winching system comprises a power driving structure, a four-winding-drum speed reducing structure and a variable speed adjusting structure. The variable speed adjusting structure is arranged in a multi-shaft switching structure and comprises a power switching assembly, a third variable speed shaft and a fourth variable speed shaft, the power switching assembly comprises a driving switching gear and driven gear sets, and the driven gear sets are installed on the fourth variable speed shaft and meshed with the driving switching gear. Each driven gear set corresponds to one four-winding-drum speed reduction structure. By adopting the design that two persons respectively control the two four-winding-drum synchronous winching machines, compared with the mode that four persons respectively control four winching machines in the past, the number of operators is greatly reduced, and therefore the operation efficiency is improved; and speed change and reversing of power and power switching between the two groups of winding drums can be quickly realized, so that an operator can flexibly adjust the working state of the winching mill according to operation requirements.
本发明涉及一种摇臂抱杆用四卷筒机动绞磨系统,包括动力驱动结构、四卷筒减速结构和变速调整结构;变速调整结构采用多轴切换结构设置,包括动力切换组件、第三变速轴和第四变速轴,动力切换组件包括主动切换齿轮和从动齿轮组,一组以上的从动齿轮组安装在第四变速轴上并与主动切换齿轮相啮合,每一组从动齿轮组分别对应一组四卷筒减速结构;通过采用二人分别控制两台四卷筒同步绞磨的设计,相较于过去四人分别控制四台绞磨的方式,大大减少了操作人员数量,从而提高了作业效率;能够迅速实现动力的变速、换向以及两组卷筒之间的动力切换,使得操作人员可以根据作业需求灵活调整绞磨的工作状态。
