The invention relates to the technical field of traffic management infrastructures, and particularly discloses a holographic traffic signal lamp system and method, and the method comprises the steps: collecting vibration wave data in real time through a vibration detector, and remotely transmitting the collected vibration wave data to a third-party platform; the method comprises the following steps: extracting vibration wave archived data marked as abnormal from a three-party data source as a data set for comparative analysis, and introducing a deep learning algorithm to carry out waveform feature extraction on vibration wave data and each abnormal vibration wave archived data; the vibration wave data and each abnormal vibration wave archived data are subjected to dynamic query response analysis based on fluctuation characteristics, so that potential association between the real-time vibration wave data and the abnormal vibration wave archived data is mined, and intelligent earthquake early warning release is realized. In this way, the problem of false triggering caused by transient interference factors can be effectively solved, the accuracy and reliability of earthquake early warning are improved, and the situations of false alarm and missing alarm are reduced.
