The invention provides a power battery charging circuit and a relay diagnosis method. According to the power battery charging circuit, additional elements and a voltage sensor are added, and more reference information is provided for a corresponding diagnosis method. The relay diagnosis method is realized on the basis of the power battery charging circuit, and specifically, judgment is carried out on the basis of a first voltage, a second voltage and a third voltage, and whether at least one of the fast charging positive relay and the fast charging negative relay has a clamping stagnation normally-closed fault and/or a clamping stagnation normally-open fault or not is diagnosed. According to the configuration, due to the fact that more detection information is added, more diagnosis logics can be designed in a targeted mode, corresponding diagnosis logics are designed for the fast-charging negative relay, and therefore the problems that in the prior art, the time for diagnosing the fast-charging relay is short, and the diagnosis range is not comprehensive enough are solved.
