The invention provides a ship lock shaft device which comprises a brake disc, a lock shaft device body, at least one lock shaft key and a driving component, a plurality of lock shaft key grooves are formed in the circumferential direction of the brake disc, the lock shaft device body is located on the side portion of the brake disc, and the lock shaft keys are installed on the side wall, facing the brake disc, of the lock shaft device body. The driving part is connected with one end part of the lock shaft key; the driving part drives the lock shaft key to extend outwards along the lock shaft device body and to be inserted into the lock shaft key groove in the corresponding position to lock the brake disc; or the driving part drives the lock shaft key to retract into the lock shaft device body and to be separated from the lock shaft key groove in the corresponding position, and the brake disc is unlocked. According to the ship lock shaft device, the operation mode and the maintenance mode of an existing ship lock shaft device are optimized; during operation, an operator does not need to go below a shaft system and can complete shaft locking and unlocking actions only by standing beside the shaft locking device base, and maintenance is very convenient.

    本发明提供了一种船舶锁轴装置,包括刹车盘、锁轴装置本体、至少一个锁轴键和驱动部件,刹车盘的周向设置有多个锁轴键键槽,锁轴装置本体位于刹车盘的侧部,锁轴键安装在锁轴装置本体朝向刹车盘的侧壁上,驱动部件与锁轴键的一端部连接;驱动部件驱动锁轴键沿所述锁轴装置本体向外伸出,插入对应位置的锁轴键键槽,锁紧刹车盘;或者驱动部件驱动锁轴键缩回至锁轴装置本体内,与对应位置的锁轴键键槽脱离,解锁刹车盘。本发明优化了现有船舶锁轴装置的操作方式及维修方式;操作时操作员无须下探到轴系下方,只需站立在锁轴装置基座旁边即可完成锁轴及解锁动作,维修维护非常方便。
