The mooring unmanned aerial vehicle take-up and pay-off device comprises engineering equipment, a recovery cabin arranged in the engineering equipment and a mooring cable take-up and pay-off device arranged in the recovery cabin. The recovery cabin comprises a cabin body, a cabin cover and a rotating mechanism; wherein the rotating mechanism is respectively connected with the cabin body and the cabin cover, and the rotating mechanism is used for controlling the opening and closing of the cabin cover; the mooring cable take-up and pay-off device comprises a take-up roller and a take-up roller support, the take-up roller is installed on the take-up roller support, a mooring cable is wound around the take-up roller, the take-up roller is used for taking up or paying off the mooring cable, the first end of the mooring cable is connected with the mooring unmanned aerial vehicle, and the second end of the mooring cable is connected with the mooring unmanned aerial vehicle. And the second end of the mooring cable is connected with a power supply device of the engineering equipment. The motion convenience and the retracting and releasing efficiency of the mooring type unmanned aerial vehicle can be improved.
