The invention belongs to the technical field of steel structure hoisting, and particularly relates to a steel structure factory building hoisting construction device which comprises a hoisting seat, a hoisting tool and a steel wire rope. The surface of the lifting seat is fixedly connected with a pair of driving mechanisms; the bottom of the lifting seat is rotationally connected with a pair of winches; the steel wire ropes are respectively connected between the winch and the lifting appliance; the side surface of the lifting appliance is fixedly connected with a pair of mounting blocks; a guide column is fixedly connected between the mounting blocks; and the surface of the guide column is slidably connected with a pair of fork walls. The two lifting appliances are arranged at the two ends of the steel member, the pair of fork walls of the lifting appliances are inserted into the grooves of the member, then the lifting seat is lifted by the lifting device, so that the steel member slightly leaves the ground, if the steel member inclines, the winch at the lower end of the member is controlled by the driving mechanism to rotate, and the steel wire rope on the side is wound by a certain length; the stability of the component in the air can be improved, the shaking and sliding phenomena are reduced, and the construction safety and efficiency are improved.

    本发明属于钢结构吊装技术领域,具体的说是一种钢结构厂房吊装施工装置,包括吊座、吊具和钢丝绳;所述吊座表面固定连接有一对驱动机构;所述吊座底部转动连接有一对绞盘;所述钢丝绳分别连接于绞盘与吊具之间;所述吊具侧面固定连接有一对安装块;所述安装块之间固定连接有导柱;所述导柱表面滑动连接有一对叉壁。将两个吊具置于钢构件两端,将吊具的一对叉壁插入构件的凹槽处,然后利用起重装置将吊座起吊,使得钢构件略微离开地面,若其发生倾斜,则通过驱动机构控制构件较低一端的绞盘转动,将该侧的钢丝绳卷收一段长度,直至构件达到水平状态为止,可以提高构件腾空后的稳定性,降低晃动、滑落现象,提高施工安全性与高效性。
